Claiming a 30-minute response time is usually expected of a locksmith company. However, even though we have an impressive track record, we don’t claim the same, especially since we know conditions on the ground are expectedly different from what a customer service representative can easily promise over the phone. Responsiveness depends on a lot of external factors, such as traffic and weather conditions, time of the call, and a customer’s exact location in Oakland.
